By signing up you agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2 Plans & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Plans auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Every plan includes a 10-day free trial.

3 Cancellation

To cancel: Call or text us at 443-563-3923 or email [email protected]. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day and take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable after the 10-day free trial period. We encourage every client to use the full trial to evaluate our services. If you experience a verified service failure on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case individually.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to send spam or unlawful communications, violate TCPA/CAN-SPAM regulations, harass or defraud any person, or resell our platform without written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITHFUL HANDS SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.
